Skadden Hires Former Aerospace General Counsel Barber in Boston

Drew Barber joined Skadden as a partner in its M&A practice in Boston, the firm announced Monday.

Barber’s practice focuses on advising clients across industries on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as corporate governance and other corporate and securities law matters. He handles complex public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, carve-outs and strategic partnerships, and counsels clients across aerospace and defense, manufacturing, technology, financial services and real estate industries, the firm said.
