Los Angeles-based M&A partners Jeffrey Cohen and David Niemeyer lead the Skadden team advising Scopely. The firm in 2023 steered Scopely in its $4.9 billion acquisition by Savvy Games Group, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia.
