Skadden Drafts Financial Institutions Regulatory Group Co-Heads

Adam Cohen and Mark Chorazak have joined Skadden in the Washington, D.C., and New York offices, respectively, as partners and co-heads of the financial institutions regulatory group, the firm said Wednesday.

The pair will advise clients on bank regulatory matters, legislative developments, corporate governance, enforcement and compliance issues, and banking-as-a-service arrangements, according to Skadden. They will also provide counsel on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and equity and debt offerings.

Cohen most recently served as general counsel of SoFi Bank, and Chorazak led the US bank regulatory practice and served as co-chair of the fintech initiative at his previous ...
