Adam Cohen and Mark Chorazak have joined Skadden in the Washington, D.C., and New York offices, respectively, as partners and co-heads of the financial institutions regulatory group, the firm said Wednesday.
The pair will advise clients on bank regulatory matters, legislative developments, corporate governance, enforcement and compliance issues, and banking-as-a-service arrangements, according to Skadden. They will also provide counsel on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and equity and debt offerings.
