Sebastian FitzGerald will join Skadden as a partner in its banking group in London, the firm said Wednesday.
FitzGerald, who joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher, advises on complex cross-border financings, focusing on leveraged buyouts, direct lending, restructurings, and special situations investing, according to Skadden.
He has acted for financial sponsors, funds, and financial institutions on European and US financings, the firm said.
