Michelle Scheffler has joined Skadden as a litigation partner in Houston, the firm said Thursday.
Scheffler advises oil and gas companies, publicly traded and privately owned independents, and private equity investors at trial as well as in other disputes involving the energy sector, according to Skadden.
Her experience includes leading matters regarding mass and class action royalty litigation, leasing conflicts, operating agreements, and title disputes, the firm said.
