Skadden Adds Friven Yeoh as International Litigation Partner

Friven Yeoh joined Skadden as a partner and leader of its international litigation and arbitration group in Asia, based out of Hong Kong and Singapore, the firm announced Oct. 14.

Yeoh’s practice includes resolution of complex, “bet-the-company” business disputes across industries and he has represented clients as lead counsel in international arbitrations conducted under various institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, the firm said.

He also advises clients on commercial litigation and regulatory investigations involving product risk and liability, energy, corporate affairs, competition, and financial services matters.
