Donnelly, who has been one of the best-paid legal bosses in media, will in April transition to a part-time advisory role through the end of the year, according to a securities filing by Sirius, which said it will “hire a new officer to assume his duties and responsibilities.” The company declined to discuss who might succeed him, and Donnelly didn’t respond to a request for comment.
