Siobhan Cole joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its litigation practice in Philadelphia, the firm announced Thursday.
Cole handles complex commercial cases across numerous areas of law, including unfair competition under state and federal law, professional liability, indemnification, and all manner of business torts and contract disputes, the firm said.
She joins from White & Williams.
