Simpson Thacher Taps Two Kirkland Partners to Join Nemecek

Star lawyer David Nemecek has hired two of his former colleagues from Kirkland & Ellis to join his new team at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as partners.

Christine Bae and Jacob Ruby have joined the firm’s capital structure solutions practice, which is led by Nemecek, according to a press release. The team was created to accommodate the hire of Nemecek, who joined last month.
