David Edwards will join Simpson Thacher as a partner in the litigation department in London, the firm said Wednesday.
Edwards, who will co-lead the European disputes practice, counsels clients on shareholder disputes, tax litigation, insurance-related disputes, and other regulatory concerns, according to Simpson Thacher.
He works with global companies, sponsors, financial institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth, Simpson Thacher said.
