Denny Lee joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its energy and infrastructure practice in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Lee joins from Latham & Watkins, where he was counsel. He advises public and private companies spanning the energy and infrastructure industry on US and cross-border transactions, including M&A, spinoffs and carve-outs, joint ventures and take-privates, as well as corporate finance matters, Simpson Thacher said.
