Fern Han joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its global banking and credit practice in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Han represents public and private borrowers, as well as lenders, on complex US and international banking and credit matters across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her practice focuses on project, energy and infrastructure finance, acquisition finance, reserve-based lending, export credit finance, and other structured finance transactions, the firm said.
