Simpson Thacher Recruits Amy Candido as IP Litigation Head

Amy Candido joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner and head of its intellectual property litigation practice in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm announced Tuesday.

Candido focuses on high stakes, complex IP litigation matters. She litigates trade secret, patent, copyright, and other IP and data protection cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. She advises companies in the internet, mobile, computer hardware and software, semiconductor, networking, storage, aerospace, gaming, and life sciences sectors, the firm said.
