Simpson Thacher Names Two New Fund Finance Practice Leaders

Julia Kohen and Jennifer Levitt were named co-heads of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s fund finance practice, the firm announced Tuesday.

Kohen represents financial sponsors in subscription credit facilities and NAV financings for funds across several asset classes, including private equity, real estate, energy, infrastructure, secondaries, credit, and other strategies, as well as on management lines and co-investment loan programs, the firm said.

Levitt advises financial sponsors in debt financings on their private equity, real estate, infrastructure, mezzanine debt, and other types of investment funds, the firm said.
