Niels Jensen joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its capital markets practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Jensen works on corporate, asset-backed and structured financings, including whole business and PDP well securitizations, often in cross-border transactions spanning energy, infrastructure, aviation, and health care, the firm said.
He joins from Vinson & Elkins.
