Bryce Kaufman joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its banking and credit practice in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
He advises arrangers, lenders and borrowers across complex commercial lending and financing transactions, including private debt and syndicated financings. His practice focuses on the energy and infrastructure industries, and he regularly advises on upstream, midstream and downstream financings, as well as sponsor-backed acquisition financings and unitranche solutions, the firm said.
He joins from Latham & Watkins.
