Zhiyan Cao joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in New York, where she will focus on secondaries transactions, the firm announced Monday.
Cao’s practice covers the full range of secondary transactions, including GP-led transactions, continuation funds and tender offers. She also has experience advising private equity firms and corporations in M&A, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, the firm said.
