Katy Lukaszewski has joined Simpson Thacher as a partner with the energy and infrastructure practice in Houston, the firm said Monday.
Lukaszewski focuses on corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and join ventures, involving the upstream oil and gas and consumer products, according to Simpson Thacher.
She represents companies and private equity sponsors, Simpson Thacher said.
