Simpson Thacher Brings On Private Funds Lawyer Brooks in London

Sam Brooks joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its private funds practice in London, the firm announced Monday.

Brooks advises sponsor clients on funds issues, including structuring, terms, investor negotiations and service agreements. He also has experience advising on upper-tier mandates, such as management entities and compensation arrangements, the firm said.
