Gabriel Silva has joined Simpson Thacher as an energy and infrastructure partner in the New York office, the firm said Thursday.
Silva advises infrastructure market participants on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other corporate transactions, according to Simpson Thacher.
He has a particular emphasis on digital infrastructure transactions, including deals involving data centers and telecom towers and fiber networks, said the firm.
