Aron Zuckerman has joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s real estate practice as a partner in the New York office, the firm said Thursday.
Zuckerman advises credit funds, private equity firms, banks, insurance companies and other institutional lenders in commercial real estate transactions, according to Simpson Thacher.
His experience includes CMBS, balance sheet, bridge and construction loans across all major asset classes, said the firm.
