Katherine Reaves joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its banking and credit and investment banking practices in New York, the firm announced on Monday.
Reaves focuses on banking and credit matters, the firm said. She advises on complex finance matters, including acquisition finance, asset-based lending facilities, recapitalizations, distressed financing, and other deals.
She joins from Cleary Gottlieb.
