Simpson Thacher Adds John Ilardo as Financing Partner in Boston

John Ilardo joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its banking and credit practice in Boston, the firm announced Thursday.

Ilardo advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other public and private company borrowers on complex financing transactions in syndicated and private credit markets. He focuses on acquisition finance and other debt finance matters, including recapitalizations, liability management transactions, and refinancings.
