Simpson Thacher Adds Fried Frank’s Natke as NY Funds Partner

Lawrence Natke joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its fund transactions practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Natke, who joins from Fried Frank, focuses on alternative asset management transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions, according to his new firm. He advises on structuring control and non-control investments in alternative asset managers, GP stakes deals, joint ventures and spin-outs, and represents private equity buyers and sellers in connection with investments in the financial services sector, Simpson Thacher said.
