Javad Asghari has joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as an energy and infrastructure partner in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.
Asghari advises on energy and infrastructure matters, according to Simpson Thacher. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as project development.
His clients include developers and private equity funds, Simpson Thacher said.
