Simpson Thacher Adds Daniel Margulies as Restructuring Partner

Daniel Margulies joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in Hong Kong, the firm announced Wednesday.

Margulies advises debtor, creditor, financial institution, private equity, and hedge fund clients across Asia on cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. His practice also includes representing sponsors on investments in special situations involving stressed or distressed companies, the firm said.
