Simpson Thacher Adds Carleigh Rodriguez as Environmental Partner

Carleigh Rodriguez joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner and co-head of its environmental practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Rodriguez advises clients on environmental law issues in commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, securities and financing transactions, bankruptcies, and restructurings. Her work spans industries such as real estate, technology, energy, infrastructure, waste, chemicals, manufacturing, and other industrials, the firm said.

She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
