Simpson Thacher Adds Anat Holtzman as Investment Funds Partner

Anat Holtzman joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its private funds practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Holtzman advises fund sponsors on the formation, fundraising, and operation of private investment funds across buyout, credit, real estate, and energy and infrastructure funds. She also focuses on developing private fund products for the private wealth channel, the firm said.

She joins from Carlyle, where she was a managing director in the legal and compliance department and head of fund formation for the global private equity segment.
