Adam Cromie and Matthew Fisher joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as partners in its mergers and acquisitions practice, the firm announced Tuesday.
Cromie’s practice focuses on advising public and private companies and boards of directors across transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and majority and minority investments, the firm said.
Fisher counsels private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as corporate clients, on complex transactional matters, the firm said. His practice focuses on leveraged buyouts, mergers, divestitures, growth equity investments, joint ventures and recapitalizations, in addition to other corporate matters.
