Simpson Brings on Servais to Lead European Private Credit Team

Hadrien Servais will join Simpson Thacher as a member of its alternative capital and private credit group and leader of its European private credit team, the firm said Monday.

Servais has experience advising direct lenders, major investment banks, private capital providers and private equity sponsors, according to the firm.

His counsel focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance, opportunistic credit financings and other debt financing solutions spanning all market cycles, the firm said.
