The nation’s top securities industry trade group has added a Democratic Hill staffer and Republican Treasury official to its roster of lobbyists.
Jennifer Bang will join the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) on June 17 from her position as a deputy assistant secretary in the Treasury Department’s Office of Legislative Affairs. She worked on tax, financial services and trade policy during her tenure at Treasury.
Bang previously worked as a legislative director for Rep. Ander Crenshaw (R-Fla.)
