Sidley Taps Michael Rohr as ECVC Partner in Boston From Cooley

Michael Rohr joined Sidley Austin as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital practice in Boston, the firm announced Monday.

Rohr represents growth stage technology and life sciences companies, counseling them on corporate and strategic needs, fundraising, and transactional matters. He also counsels venture capital and private equity funds, corporate VCs, and strategic acquirors on investment transactions and acquisitions, the firm said.

He joins from Cooley.
