Chad Ehrenkranz has joined Sidley as a partner in the healthcare practice in New York and Miami, the law firm announced Monday.
Ehrenkranz, who joins from Kirkland & Ellis, has a focus on private equity transactions, Sidley said.
He represents healthcare clients in structuring and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures, and affiliations, according to Sidley. He also advises clients on the corporate practice of medicine and healthcare regulatory issues as well as state and federal fraud and abuse laws, said Sidley.
