Greg Lavigne has joined Sidley Austin as a partner in the firm’s energy, transportation, and infrastructure group, the firm said Monday.
Lavigne advises private capital providers and major sponsors on tax equity, private equity, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and structured finance transactions, according to Sidley.
His experience also includes transactions involving recycling facilities, electric vehicles, distributed energy resources, and clean fuels, said the firm.
Lavigne joins from Allen & Overy, where he was a partner.
