Jess Cheng joined Sidley Austin as a partner in its banking, payments, and fintech practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Cheng represents clients on payments law and regulatory matters critical to designing and bringing new payment solutions to market. She advises companies across the payments ecosystem, including payment systems, stablecoin networks, fintech companies, digital marketplaces, neobanks, technology service providers, and crypto and blockchain enterprises, the firm said.
She joins from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich Rosati.
