Kevin Rubino has returned to Sidley Austin as a partner in San Francisco, Calif., the firm said Wednesday.
Rubino served as an assistant US attorney for the Northern District of California, prosecuting federal offenses in the criminal division, according to Sidley.
He previously served as a partner at Sidley working on civil commercial litigation matters, particularly those involving technology companies, as well as white-collar defense and investigations, Sidley said.
