Katarina Molnarova joined Sidley as a partner in its global finance practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Molnarova joins from Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she was counsel. She advises private equity sponsors, family offices, and corporate borrowers on complex U.S. and cross-border debt financing transactions, Sidley said.
