Sidley Recruits Carlson as Product Safety Partner in San Diego

Sarah Carlson joined Sidley Austin as a partner in its litigation practice in San Diego, the firm announced Friday.

Carlson represents major manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers of consumer products in regulatory matters before the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. She advises clients on managing product risk and handles matters involving pre-market testing requirements, regulatory reporting, product recalls, civil penalty investigations, and safety and compliance programs, the firm said.

She joins from Dentons.
