Sidley Grows LA Energy, Transportation and Infrastructure Group

Andrea Lucan has joined Sidley Austin as a partner with the energy, transportation, and infrastructure group in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.

Lucan focuses on providing advice on project development and financing, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, equipment purchase and sale agreements, and power purchase agreements, according to Sidley.

She works with companies involved in the development, construction, and operation of solar power, wind power, energy storage, and alternative energy projects, Sidley said.

She served as the office managing partner at Allen & Overy in Los Angeles.
