Sidley Grows Emerging Companies Group with Cooley Finance Hire (Correct)

Sidley Austin is building out its emerging companies practice as it brings on Cooley LLP partner Cynthia Lovering in California.

Lovering, who joined Cooley in 2017 from DLA Piper, is joining Sidley as a partner in its global finance practice. She works with lenders in fund finance transactions and advises on venture capital and middle-market financing transactions in the technology and life sciences space.

Lovering’s addition is the latest in Sidley’s expansion efforts in the emerging companies and venture capital space.
