Sidley Grabs Rosemary Reilly as ECVC Partner From WilmerHale

Rosemary Reilly joined Sidley Austin as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital practice in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Reilly advises life sciences and technology companies on corporate and securities matters, representing clients from startups and emerging companies to public companies, investment banks, and venture capital firms. She counsels on venture capital and strategic financings, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, the firm said.

Rebecca Nauta and Riley O’Brien also joined as counsels, and Emily Ivers joined as an associate. They join from WilmerHale.
