Sidley Employs WilmerHale IP Litigation Duo Lantier, Cohen in DC

Greg Lantier and Alexis Cohen joined Sidley as intellectual property partners in its litigation practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Tuesday.

Lantier is a first-chair trial lawyer and appellate advocate who focuses on disputes involving intellectual property, including utility patent, design patent, copyright, and trade secret infringement. He has served as lead counsel for clients from a broad range of industries in matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, U.S. district courts, state courts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and in arbitration, the firm said.
