Sidley Austin UK Tax Head Currall Jumps to Fried Frank London

Fried Frank is set to expand its London base with Sidley Austin’s UK tax head and European tax co-head.

Oliver Currall is making the move after nine years at Sidley, according to two people with knowledge of the situation. Currall has been at Sidley for nine years after joining from Kirkland & Ellis’ London base, according to his LinkedIn profile. He specializes in work on fund formation and M&A and private equity matters.
