Peter Malyshev joined Sidley’s regulatory and enforcement practice as a partner in Washington, DC, the firm announced Wednesday.
Malyshev joins the firm from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where he spent nearly four years as a partner. His practice focuses on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters relating to commodities, digital assets, derivatives, and securities products.
