Sidley Austin Adds Weil Partner as Executive Comp Co-Chair (1)

Weil Gotshal & Manges partner Amy Rubin is joining Sidley Austin as co-head of its employee benefits and executive compensation group as the firm expands its corporate team.

Rubin works with publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as their boards of directors and compensation committees, on matters involving employee benefits and executive compensation. Over her nearly 20 year career at Weil, she’s counseled firms including Blackstone, Advent and Alterian and public companies such as Eli Lilly.
