Sidley Austin has named Leslie Richards-Yellen as chief diversity officer, the firm announced Thursday.
Richards-Yellen will partner with Sidley’s internal committees to develop and further the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals and strategy, said the firm.
She previously served at Debevoise & Plimpton and has experience as in-house counsel, in private practice, and as a diversity, equity, and inclusion leader, according to Sidley.
