Chris Jackson joined Sidley Austin as a partner in its global finance group in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Jackson represents fund managers, underwriters, issuers, investors, lenders, and borrowers in various debt fund finance products. His practice focuses on collateralized loan obligation transactions, warehouses, term leverage facilities, rated feeder funds, and risk retention financing solutions, the firm said.
Luke Maiman also joined as counsel. They join from A&O Shearman.
