Stephen Boone Jr. has joined Sidley Austin as a partner with the firm’s energy, transportation and infrastructure group in Houston, the firm said Wednesday.
Boone counsels public and private companies and investment funds on oil and gas matters, including those investing in its exploration and production, according to Sidley.
Boone is board-certified in oil, gas, and mineral law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, the firm said.
He joins from Akin Gump.
