Sidley Austin LLP has added three healthcare transactional partners—Ankur Gupta, Sam Wales and Benjamin Kirschner—from McDermott Will & Emery to its global M&A and private equity practice.
Associate Krista Kay Lewis has also joined Sidley from McDermott, where Gupta led the global healthcare real estate practice, the firm said in a statement.
The four hires “will enhance our ability to represent healthcare providers and investors on transactional matters, both domestically and abroad, which is an important strategic focus for the firm,” said Dan Clivner, global co-leader of Sidley’s M&A and private equity practice.
