Joshua M. Samek has joined Sidley Austin as a partner with the mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets practice groups in Miami, the firm said Monday.
Samek focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions, and general corporate and securities matters involving the healthcare, technology, and life sciences sectors, according to Sidley.
He co-chaired DLA Piper’s Florida corporate practice.
